Two ten year old amigas; residents of the city dump (called, Colonia Fousto Gonzales in Tijuana, Mexico). Yes, you read it correctly; they actually live in the dumpsite! They are among the many children of families who reside in the city dump just a few miles south of the San Diego border. Dr. Dillahunty is a member of the Board of Directors of Responsibility (www.ResponsibilityOnline.com) which operates a school for the children who live there.
