Webcasts and Podcasts use broadband technology to provide a consistent message, or training module to geographically diverse groups. Either format can be set for viewing in real time, or on demand from an archive. Each participant is logged into the system. Webcasts and Podcasts, if they are a part of your system wide training and development are best administered through your HR and training staff to provide you accountability and a metric for performance assessment.
