  Workshops or Conference Breakout sessions are designed to bring the issues of either Leadership Development or Customer Service to the discussion forefront. In this format I can move among the group, ask direct questions, and discuss issues specifically related to your industry and your firm.

  Talking with the participants in their language, about their real life situations, I call on my experiences as a CEO, academic researcher, and entrepreneur to weave together stories, information, and facts that carry a message meaningful to your audience.  Before the workshop I will interview members of your organization to ensure that my delivery is on point.

    A workshop, if it follows one of my Keynote presentations on the subject, is a great way to transform a conceptual message to a large audience, into a hands-on format of participation. By booking both a Keynote and a Workshop for the same meeting your firm can save money on speaking fees too.
