Consulting

  The Consulting programs are designed to assist your staff in developing, installing and monitoring, superior systems for either Leadership Development or Customer Service.

  Typically a consulting engagement begins with an executive workshop to achieve consensus on the need for the program, and how it is to proceed.  Following the initial session there may be one or more sessions with HR, supervisors, and managers to outline the program and gain its acceptance. From that point, the deployment of improved Leadership Development or Customer Service platforms is accomplished by a working group of your staff, led by Dr. Dillahunty, and reporting to a designated senior executive.
